Black Currant and Blueberry Burst Smoothie

1 1/4 cups fresh Black Currants
2/3 cup blueberries
3 tbsp. CurrantC(TM)
6 ice-cubes
1 teaspoon of honey or sugar (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend. Pour and serve.
