Black Currant Antioxidant Smoothie

  1/2 cup black currants (fresh or frozen)
  1 small ripe banana
  1 7/8 cup apple juice
  2 tablespoons plain yogurt

Put all of these ingredients together in a blender. You can substitute orange juice for apple juice. Makes one serving.
