Black Currant Antioxidant Smoothie


Here’s an easy to make smoothie, a healthy way to start your day!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup
    frozen CurrantCâ„¢ Black Currants
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 7/8 Cup
    apple juice
  • 2 Tablespoons
    plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Put all of these ingredients together in a blender. You can substitute orange juice for apple juice. Makes one serving.
