This cake is good served cold or hot as a dessert with lashings of cream or yogurt!
Beat eggs until thick. Add sugar and beat again. Add melted butter and beat again.
Mix in flour and milk for approximately 3 minutes.
Stir in the black currants. Put into greased baking tin. Sprinkle the top with sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes or until cooked.
