Wash the Black Currants in a strainer, drain them, and put them into the blender.
Add the remaining ingredients, and start the blender on low speed for a few seconds. Switch to high speed and blend for a full minute. Using a funnel, transfer the dressing to a narrow-neck bottle for easy dispensing.
Shake well before using and store the leftovers in the refrigerator. Black Currant Salad Dressing keeps well for about one week.
