Black Currant Vinaigrette


Delicious recipe to drizzle over salad, or to marinate your favorite chicken, pork chops or fish.


Ingredients

  • 2 Cups
    frozen CurrantCâ„¢ Black Currants, thawed
  • 1 Cup
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Cup
    sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    dry mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon
    salt
  • Dash frsh ground pepper
  • 2
    Cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Cups
    vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Place Black Currants in blender with cider vinegar and puree.

  2. Add remaining ingredients, Mix well.

  3. Yield about 5 cups. Keep refrigerated, stir or shake well before using. Drizzle over salad, or marinate your favorite chicken, pork chops or fish in it.
