CurrantC™ Grilled Chicken


  • 1 Teaspoon
    Dijon mustard
  • Juice from 2 lemons
  • Juice from one lime
  • 3 Tablespoons
    CurrantC™ Black Currant Nectar (play around with any of our blends)
  • 1 Ounce
    white wine
  • 1 Ounce
    raspberry vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup
    extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sugar if needed to taste


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until blended.

  2. Place marinade mixture and chicken legs (or any cut of chicken) in an airtight container or gallon size zipper bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  3. Place on preheated grill and grill according to chicken directions.
