Black Currant Mojito

Try this wonderful cocktail!


  • 1 Tablespoon
    CurrantCâ„¢ Black Currants
  • Lime wedges
  • 2 Teaspoons
  • Mint leaves
  • 1.5 Ounces
  • Club soda
  • Crushed ice
  • Sprig of Mint for garnish
  • Straw


  1. To a 12 oz glass add black currants, limes, and sugar. Muddle!

  2. Crush mint leaves and add them, add crushed ice to 3/4 full, add rum
    and give it a good stir!

  3. Then fill glass to the top with more ice and add club soda.

  4. Garnish with sprig of mint and some loose currants.
    You'll need a straw for this one!
