- 1/2 Cup frozen CurrantC™ Black Currants
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 7/8 Cup apple juice
- 2 Tablespoons plain yogurt
PREPARATION
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend. Pour and serve.
- You can substitute orange juice for apple juice.
