  • 1/2 Cup frozen CurrantC™ Black Currants
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 7/8 Cup apple juice
  • 2 Tablespoons plain yogurt

PREPARATION

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend. Pour and serve.
  • You can substitute orange juice for apple juice.
